I was in Brasília, for the 17th edition of Campus Party Brazil, an annual event of science, technology and entrepreneurship.
Campus Party 2025
This event started from June 18 to 22. This post shows the main attractions.
Open Area
The event was divided in two areas: Open Area and Arena. Close to the entrance, there was a stand of Secretary Public Security (SSP), where drones and robots which defuse bombs were exposed.
A exposition of Brasília University’s Baja team, who makes off-road vehicles.
Competition tracks for line follower robots.
In Open Area, there were also an electronic components shop and competitions from Robocore, workshops for kids and presentations about game development.
Arena
A stand about the history of space exploration with some models.
In Arena, there were many presentations about artificial intelligence (AI), entrepreneurship, education, content creation, etc. In addition to areas with computer and virtual reality (VR) games. Also, the Science, Technology and Engineering Olympiad took place.
