I visited the Bom Jardim da Serra Wind Park, in Santa Catarina state, Brazil. And I made a video showing some easy access turbines.
The Park is private property, entrance is only R$ 10.00 (US$1.90). There’s also the Ronda Canyon lookout, at 1448 meters of altitude. In the day I was there were very foggy. To know more about the operation of wind turbines, click on link below.
